Does Kwanzoo offer a Free Trial?


If you would like to test drive Kwanzoo before signing up for a paid plan, we offer a 14-Day free trial which gives you access to all of the available features to create marketing campaigns. When you are ready to take a campaign live, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans. To sign up for the 14-Day free trial click here.


Can I change plans or cancel anytime?


Yes. Upgrades are immediate and we adjust the amount you have already paid (prorated) for the billing cycle in which you upgrade. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.


Do I have to sign a long term contract?


No. Kwanzoo is a pay-as-you-go service. There is no long term contract to sign. Simply pay month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no refunds.


How many campaigns can I activate every month?


When you sign up for Kwanzoo, you get the ability to create and activate unlimited number of smart marketing campaigns. Each campaign can include a complete marketing engagement flow (e.g. a poll with opt-in, quiz with incentive-based sharing). You can deploy the campaign on your website, blog, Facebook page, affiliate sites, etc. Third party ad-serving or re-targeting capability requires our Platinum Plan or higher.


Do Kwanzoo plans limit the number of impressions for my smart marketing campaigns?


Yes, all our plans have impression caps that are listed with the plan -- please see the limits in the pricing chart above. We also offer tailored Enterprise plans for our customers that have specific user, campaign and impression requirements.

What happens if I run out of available impressions in my account?


Simply upgrade to the next account level. If you are already on the Platinum plan, contact us and we can set you up on our Enterprise plan with custom number of impressions tailored to your requirements. All of our plans allow for unlimited number of active campaigns. Enterprise plans start at 1 million impressions.


What service packages are available?


Kwanzoo offers hourly consulting, fixed-cost service packages, as well as monthly service plans. Please see above for more details.
